Categories

The following studies are available:

  • Client-specific collection of data on all maintenance work, repairs, DIY activities as well as purchases of accessories for an ownership representative sample of your automobile brand(s).
  • Written target group surveys and analyses
  • Tracking of car tire purchases in substitution business (GfK MailPanel)

Type of Data Collection

The participants can be recruited from existing customer addresses or from the existing GfK consumer panels (with no additional recruitment costs). Comparisons of methods show that the written survey method increases respondents’ willingness to participate. In addition, the accuracy of the results is improved since the respondents can decide for themselves on when they want to supply information and can refer to documents and bills.

Reporting Cycles

Quarterly, semi-annually, annually
