All purchases of nonfood items are recorded by 8,000 German households representative of the population. In this way we are able to depict the market development of mail-order business and its key players in the individual product ranges.
Once a year purchaser numbers, purchaser profiles and preference figures for the top 100 b to c shippers are measured.
